Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple projects with installers, ensuring work meets company standards and client specs.
• Apply knowledge of insulation for HVAC ducts and pipes, and plumbing systems to support project execution and quality control.
• Review blueprints, specs, and submittals; perform material take-offs for scheduling and procurement.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce policies to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Leverage construction management or mechanical experience, insulation materials, installation techniques, and PM software to deliver projects.
• Experience as Foreman or General Foreman, with track record managing multiple projects and crews.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical insulation systems, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and promoting a culture of safety on every project.
