Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction or HVAC
• Strong communication and management skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple subs and stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Forecast workload and manage project budgets and change orders
• Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Select equipment and subcontractors and manage POs/subcontracts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasting
