Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Field Superintendents.
• Negotiate and procure materials, services, and subcontracts.
• Coordinate manpower to meet schedules and budgets.
• Approve shop drawings and material samples per schedule.
• Develop project start-up meetings and document minutes.
• Manage change orders and coordinate with estimators and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and final inspections.
• Monitor project costs and report variances.
