B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the technical and administrative management of mechanical and plumbing construction projects in Florida. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent construction/engineering experience on commercial mechanical and plumbing projects.
• Minimum eight years in construction management, estimating, or trade supervision on similar projects.
• Healthcare or large hospital project experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction effort to meet design specs, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with client reps, departments, subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide field support to accelerate project completion.
• Hold weekly project meetings and maintain minutes.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings and as-builts documentation.
• Monitor costs and forecast monthly budgets.
