Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent with construction/engineering experience.
• Healthcare or large hospital project experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction efforts to meet design specs, budget, schedule and company values.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Provide field support and ensure timely submittals, drawings and manuals.
• Monitor costs, prepare change orders, and maintain project documentation.
