Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a seasoned Mechanical Lead Manager for Florida-based MEP construction operations. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and delivering on-time, on-budget results on major commercial projects.

You will coordinate with Owners, Designers, Engineers, and Subcontractors, drive growth, and mentor a team while maintaining strong client relationships and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP senior management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in marketing, finance operations, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
