Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of complex mechanical projects in the western markets. You will coordinate with project teams and field labor to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role is mid‑level to senior, requiring a strong client relationship focus, LEAN principles, and willingness to travel to gain exposure to additional markets. Excellent benefits accompany the salary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems focus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets.
• Manage project budget and maintain client relationship; provide status reports.
• Lead project engineers, superintendents, and admin staff toward successful outcomes.
