Job summary

Core States Group seeks a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for its Architecture and Engineering unit. You will design and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, coordinating with site/civil, electrical, structural engineers, architects, and construction managers.

You will lead production of construction documents compliant with client requirements, codes, and site constraints, while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with general building mechanical design production for commercial projects.
• PE License required.
• Revit and MS Office required; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Lead client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and review project documents.
• Oversee project financial performance and metrics.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers.
• Support business development and growth opportunities.
