Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead HVAC/mechanical projects in the St. Louis area. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and budgets while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in mechanical contracting, strong MS Project and Bluebeam Revu skills, and the ability to read complex drawings. Travel locally between sites is expected as part of project oversight.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in HVAC or mechanical project management; design-build experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, and project management software (MS Project, Bluebeam Revu).

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from turnover through final closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects while meeting schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
• Direct and supervise Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of project scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Review project scope to develop schedules, plan deliverables, and estimate costs.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Obtain required permits and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate, prepare, and process change orders.
• Coordinate monthly billing and financial documentation with the accounting department.
• Complete all required project closeout documentation.
• Travel locally between jobsites and safely navigate active construction environments
