Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical project management; design-build experience preferred.

• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

• Manage construction projects from turnover through final closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects while meeting schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
