Job summary

CEJarrell Contracting in Saint Louis is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, and quality across design-build MEP work to ensure safety, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in mechanical or construction project management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in commercial environments.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish on time and on budget.
• Oversee daily project operations including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to maintain clear communication.
• Track progress and costs; manage change orders, submittals, RFIs and closeout documents.
• Support field crews and align drawings, fabrication, and installation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and safety.
