Job summary

MKH Search is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects in the Southeast, from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with seasoned operations and field teams to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or data center sectors.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control.
• Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining schedule commitments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
