Job summary

CT Mechanical, a division of Comfort Temp Company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial projects from turnover through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, and drive successful execution with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

You will oversee labor planning, material coordination, subcontractor management, and weekly reporting while collaborating with internal teams to maintain project health and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent time in service, trade experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Experience managing budgets, labor hours, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial mechanical projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain project profitability with target net profit of at least 10%.
• Coordinate with field leadership, estimating, and finance to keep projects moving.
