Job summary

J.C. Higgins Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Compensation range is $145,000 to $165,000 with bonus eligibility.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong communication with clients and vendors, and adherence to the company’s Code of Ethics. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive mechanical contracting management experience.
• Familiarity with construction contract language and means/methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors for mechanical construction.
• Coordinate monthly reviews with senior leadership to assess performance and risks.
• Maintain primary point of contact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Uphold ethics and company values in all business activities.
