Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in mechanical contracting and project management.
• Familiarity with construction contract language and means/methods.
• Experience evaluating vendor/subcontractor proposals for scope compliance.
• Strong skills in Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead teams including project engineers, assistants, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly project reviews with executives to evaluate performance and risks.
• Be main contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Uphold EMCOR and J.C. Higgins Code of Ethics and Leading with Character.
