Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction contract language and means/methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead teams including project engineers and field staff to ensure performance.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly project reviews with leadership to evaluate progress and risk.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Uphold Code of Ethics and professional conduct in all activities.
