Job summary

JH Kelly seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Commercial Mechanical operations on high-value construction projects. You will manage full project lifecycles, mentor teams, and drive profitability across multiple concurrent jobs, with travel as needed.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in commercial mechanical PM, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and expert CPM scheduling and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle project management in commercial mechanical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or construction field.
• Strong CPM scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent commercial mechanical projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and CPM scheduling.
• Control project costs, generate cost-to-complete forecasts, and maintain bid margins.
• Manage risk assessment, change orders, claims negotiation, and contract administration.
• Direct project control systems, staffing, and resource allocation across projects.
• Mentor and develop PMs, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and interns.
• Lead teams to apply company safety and quality standards and best practices.
