Job summary

Interstate Mechanical LLC in Phoenix seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mechanical projects.

You will own financial performance, schedules, procurement, labor planning, and client relations while mentoring project teams and coordinating with field leadership.

This role requires 8+ years of mechanical PM experience, a relevant degree, and a track record of complex HVAC/plumbing projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years mechanical project management experience with increasing leadership.
• Proven track record managing large, technical mechanical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cash flow.
• Maintain financial performance and project profitability.
• Review scope, plans, risks, and contractual requirements.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead meetings and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
