Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects focusing on mechanical/structural scopes.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction industries.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product and oversees compliance with all contract requirements.
• Ensures all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinates labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.
• Ensures all team members follow safety and work rules and policies.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects, specifically overseeing our mechanical/structural scopes of work. This role oversees all phases of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractor management, client relations, and project closeout activities. The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Success in this role is demonstrated through strong leadership, effective communication, financial management, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, and customers, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.
• Experience managing process piping scopes.

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
