Job summary

Hoar Construction seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead project teams, train staff, and drive success for complex facility projects. You will oversee budgets, contracts, and risk management while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to marketing and growth efforts.

The role requires extensive PM experience, budgeting expertise, and familiarity with construction software. A valid driver's license and a CCM preference support candidacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Electrical systems or experience in Mission Critical environments.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred or other professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership to project teams and ensure achievement of objectives.
• Train and develop assigned staff and define project strategies and success metrics.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships and participate in marketing efforts.
• Oversee profitability goals, cost control, and reporting.
• Manage owner contracts and risk identification on a daily basis.
• Lead change management and review change orders before submission to owners.
