Hoar Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to provide senior-level leadership for project teams and ensure achievement of objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, civil engineering or related field preferred.
7–10 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage construction projects.

Responsibilities

Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal costs to ensure profitability.
Manage and administer Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients.
Assist in marketing efforts and pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee cost estimates development and ensure timely reporting of submittals and invoices.
Lead project close-out with schedules, documentation and lessons learned.
Oversee change management, design changes, and change orders review.
