Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• US Professional Engineering License required.
• 12+ years designing building HVAC systems, with emphasis on patient care facilities.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, LEED energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager and Mechanical Lead for healthcare design projects.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Lead the Houston mechanical team and mentor staff.
• Develop drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations with sustainable design methods.
• Build strong client relations and support future work-winning initiatives.
