Arup in Seattle is seeking an Associate Principal - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Leader to drive flagship healthcare projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality, schedule, and client relationships across complex healthcare assignments.

You will mentor engineers, lead business development, and represent Arup in industry forums while promoting sustainable, decarbonized design and resilient critical-care systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in designing mechanical or electrical building systems.
• Experience leading Healthcare project teams on medium to large scale projects.
• Professional Engineering license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Lead multi-disciplinary design projects within healthcare sector.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and project managers to deliver design deliverables.
• Manage quality standards, commercial metrics, and client relations.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers across locations with focus on sustainable design.
