Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (mechanical preferred).
• 3–8 years of mechanical design and/or project engineering experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D CAD (DraftSight/AutoCAD preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25%.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project for project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through start-up within budget and schedule.
• Design, install, and commissioning of process equipment; coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Evaluate new technologies and improve existing equipment and processes.
• Conduct design reviews and risk assessments; identify upgrades to improve yield and throughput.
• Create layouts and perform design reviews; work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Other assignments as required.
