Job summary

Sealed Air, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks a System & Integration Engineer to design equipment layouts, drive quotations, and coordinate multi-supplier installations in Europe.

You will lead projects in a matrix environment, collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams, and travel extensively. A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and strong English, plus proven project leadership, are required.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor/Master's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent by experience
• Strong engineering/technical background with problem solving skills
• Project leader with the ability to lead several projects in parallel

Responsibilities

• Develop and design equipment layouts based on customer expectations and project scope
• Drive quotations, offers, negotiations, and closing of systems integration projects
• Coordinate external partners, build project team, and manage delivery within budget and timeline
• Coordinate installation and training of customer equipment projects with Service and Application Team
• Act as general contractor for holistic systems integration solutions for Sealed Air's customers
