The role requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of Process Engineering experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional presentation skills.
• Experience with extrusion, printing, laminating, and converting.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and tools; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions for extrusion and converting processes.
• Lead cost-improvement projects and process upgrades.
• Serve as technical lead for process and equipment improvements.
• Coordinate equipment modifications, upgrades, and new installations.
