Sealed Air Corporation in North Carolina seeks a Process Engineer to analyze and improve extrusion and converting processes. You will lead cost-improvement projects and develop data-driven solutions, acting as the technical lead for process upgrades and equipment enhancements.
The role requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of Process Engineering experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Annual Salary: $95,000 to $105,000
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, this position works independently or in conjunction with other engineers, value stream leader, production leads, and/or production, and maintenance personnel in analyzing and developing solutions to processes for in the direct support extrusion and converting processes. This includes design and development of new processes, modifications of existing processes, cost improvement initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
