Job summary

Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations SEMAC seeks an experienced Procurement Representative to manage mechanical hardware procurement, supplier cost, schedule, and performance across multiple locations. You will handle bid packages, proposals, price analysis, and PO issuance while ensuring compliant procurement processes.

The role emphasizes on-site work with hybrid telework options and requires strong customer service to internal LM customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with training in related discipline.
• Knowledge of acquisition policies: FAR/DFAR.
• Ability to execute and review compliant procurement packages.
• Autonomous work ethic and accountability.
• Experience placing and managing Purchase Orders in S4Hana, SAP, P2P, SC Nav or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with management, suppliers, LM functions, and other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Select or recommend subcontractors.
• Prepare bid packages.
• Analyze and evaluate proposals.
• Perform price analysis, negotiations, PO documentation and placement.
• Authorize supplier agreements and POs within authority.
• Invoice reconciliation and payment.
• Coordinate subcontracts changes.
• Collaborate with Program and LM teams on supplier management.
• Develop solutions for complex problems.
