Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Representative to acquire mechanical hardware for multiple programs and locations. You will manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on mechanical components in a contract role.

Key duties include bid package preparation, proposal evaluation, price analysis, and PO placement. Prior government purchasing experience and SAP familiarity are valued in this role.

Qualificações

• Experience with procurement of mechanical hardware.
• FAR/DFARs purchasing experience.
• Heavily preferred government purchasing experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume commodity purchases.

Responsabilidades

• Select or recommend subcontractors.
• Prepare bid packages.
• Analyze and evaluate proposals.
• Perform price analysis, negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) documentation and placement.
• Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
• Invoice reconciliation and payment.
