Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Sr. Mechanical Process Engineer for its North Phoenix facility to design, install, and commission mechanical process utilities such as chilled water and steam systems.

The role focuses on rapid impact with minimal supervision and leadership of an early-stage facilities team. The ideal candidate holds a PE license, 5+ years in process utilities within semiconductor/advanced manufacturing, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years designing and operating process utility systems in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with clean room systems: chilled water, cooling towers, steam, boilers, CDA, process vacuum, PCW, PVAC, N2.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing engineering drawings, submittals and driving construction project schedules.
• Partnering with vendors to ensure proper equipment installation and commissioning.
• Update and distribute mechanical process system documentation, manuals, and processes.
• Train the initial team of technicians for the team.
• Develop preventative maintenance systems and emergency response procedures.
