Job summary

DesignHire LLC is seeking an accomplished Process Engineer to lead design, analysis, and optimization of chemical process systems and piping for large industrial facilities in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop P&IDs, equipment specs, and system-level documentation while coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in process engineering with a strong background in fluid dynamics, piping design, and high-tech manufacturing

Qualifications

• BSME/BSCE or related discipline required.
• 7+ years of process engineering and piping design experience.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process principles and fluid dynamics.
• Experience with P&ID development and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and optimization of chemical process systems, hydronic loops, and piping for large facilities.
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, process flow diagrams, equipment specs, and system docs.
• Support layout development in Revit and coordinate with disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation.
