ParkerBeth in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead major mechanical construction projects from concept through closeout, onsite and client-facing.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and teams, mentor junior staff, and partner with owners, GC's, and vendors to deliver safe, cost-effective outcomes. The role requires 8+ years in MEP PM, HVAC/piping/plumbing expertise, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical construction project management.
• Background with self-performing mechanical or MEP contractors is highly preferred.
• Strong HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing expertise.
• Experience managing complex commercial, healthcare or industrial projects.
• Forecasting, cost control, change-order management and contract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, field leadership, vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews and procurement.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and junior PMs.
