Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on electrical engineering to join our MEP team in Sacramento, CA. This in-office role requires 10+ years delivering innovative and sustainable building electrical design solutions for infrastructure projects.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage design coordination, mentor junior staff, oversee budgets and schedules, and collaborate with architects and contractors to deliver compliant, high-quality electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems design.
• PE license required; strong knowledge of local codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and coordination of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Serve as primary client contact and mentor junior engineers.
• Provide advanced electrical engineering analysis and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver coordinated designs.
