Design West Engineering in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager to lead design, project delivery, and business development across municipal, educational, medical, federal, and private sectors.

You will mentor the team, manage client relationships, and deliver bid-ready construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit MEP while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. This hybrid role offers growth and collaboration.

Competenze

• 6+ years of HVAC and Plumbing design and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships as an ambassador.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience across diverse project types and market sectors.
• Able to multitask across projects and adapt to changing technologies, codes and tools.
• Demonstrated passion for mentorship.

• Project management through all phases of the project.
