Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in commercial construction as Project Engineer/PM.
• MEP experience desired for this role.
• Experience with Procore or similar PM software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and Superintendent with scheduling, cost control, expediting, quantities, and safety.
• Prepare submittal log updates and RFIs to ensure timely responses.
• Review subcontractor submittals for conformance with specs and contracts.
• Prepare RFIs to design consultants, owners, and subs.
• Review and verify Change Orders and validity.
• Develop the Construction Schedule using MS Project and justify extra work.
• Prepare material take-offs, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Maintain daily job logs and as-built records; gather closeout docs.
• Expedite material deliveries and monitor quality control.
