Job summary

Diversified Construction & Design in El Dorado, AR, seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of heavy industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with executives, field leadership, preconstruction, procurement, and subcontractors to deliver on plan, managing risks and change orders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of heavy industrial construction experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing mechanical or multi-discipline industrial projects.
• Ability to read drawings/specs, schedule, cost control, and manage change orders.
• Proficiency with Office apps; Autodesk Construction Cloud or Build preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff and establish project controls.
• Coordinate daily field activities to keep operations productive.
• Manage master schedule with field leadership and progress updates.
• Control budgets, forecasting, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client commitments throughout.
