Job summary

Process Piping, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Project Manager to oversee projects from estimating and preconstruction through field execution and completion.

The role focuses on process piping, stainless piping, steam and condensate systems, boilers, and plant upgrades, with a hands-on, customer-facing approach. You will work with plant engineering, facilities, maintenance, operations, and general contractors, managing multiple projects primarily within 30 miles of

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical contracting or piping experience required.
• Strong estimating, budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with union pipefitters/plumbers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from estimating to completion, including budgets, schedules and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct site visits and develop competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with plant engineering, facilities, maintenance, operations and general contractors.
• Coordinate field crews to ensure safe, timely and profitable project execution.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, change orders and profitability.
• Build customer relationships and identify upcoming opportunities.
