Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager for mechanical construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring financial accountability and effective communication with clients.

This role requires substantial mechanical subcontractor experience and the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and field operations effectively. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Mechanical subcontractor experience required.
• Strong PM experience with mechanical construction projects.
• Full financial ownership of project budgets and performance.
• Ability to partner with superintendents while owning the business side of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-job planning through closeout.
• Own budgets, forecasting, billing, change orders, cost tracking, and financial performance.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, vendors, clients, and internal leadership.
• Visit job sites to review progress and resolve issues.

Education
