Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience; 7+ years for Senior PM level considered

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful completion of high-quality projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Proactively manage scope changes and negotiate contracts to ensure project success.
• Review reports to determine project status and perform cost/budget analyses.
• Lead project meetings and pre-job planning to align team on requirements.
• Establish and execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules.
• Assemble and estimate projects and load numbers into the project cost system.
• Communicate project issues to management promptly.
• Prepare monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow and closeouts.
