Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in mechanical contracting.
• Proven experience in piping and sheet metal systems.
• Mechanical design experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Deep understanding of mechanical construction practices, processes and standards.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong estimating background across mechanical trades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; adaptable to new software platforms.

• Mentor PMs in change order pricing and cost control.
