Grunau is seeking a Service Sales Project Manager - Plumbing in Oak Creek, WI to build a client base, sell and maintain preventive maintenance agreements, and execute small projects while developing strong lasting customer relationships. You will coordinate with onsite crews, price simple mechanical proposals, and focus on PM work and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or relevant experience.
• Plumbing/Mechanical industry experience.
• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Adept at pricing simple mechanical proposals using Grunau’s pricing system.
• Motivated by first-class customer service.
• Skilled at multitasking and managing many tasks.

Responsabilités

• Build a client base and sell/maintain preventive maintenance agreements.
• Execute small, simple projects and coordinate with onsite crews.
• Provide estimates and proposals as required.
• Focus on PM work and inspections while maintaining safety and quality.
• Cross-sell Grunau services to existing customers.
• Ensure project execution meets budget estimates and tracks change orders.
