Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager for the Lenexa, Kansas office. This role leads mechanical construction projects, manages field teams, and coordinates with clients and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in construction or mechanical engineering OR 5+ years mechanical field experience/education.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical construction project management experience overseeing mechanical work.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects or assist senior management on large projects.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, safety, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and construction activities to keep projects on time.
• Maintain client, vendor, and internal communications; travel to sites and offices.
