Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You will supervise construction activities, coordinate trades, manage staffing and budgets, and drive on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities include safety analyses, staff meetings, progress tracking, and collaboration with project management to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent on plumbing and/or HVAC commercial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction (hospitals, high rise hotels, casinos, office buildings, etc.).
• At least 6 months of safety training and current OSHA 10 OR 30 certification
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment through job safety analyses, safety meetings, incident investigations and employee involvement.
• Provides key leadership direction for field operations on a project to ensure a cohesive team in conjunction with project management.
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Manages field personnel priorities relating to technical ability and staffing levels to gain greater efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
• Responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
