Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling process.
• Review and approve budgets (labor, material, subs) and allocate resources.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Lead design conflict resolution with engineers and architects.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor procurement.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on site.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue upcoming work.
