Description
The Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the Campus Services team and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operational support of complex mechanical systems across the University’s campus facilities.
The role requires advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems ( BAS ), mechanical equipment, and related building infrastructure. The position frequently supports licensed system operations and may provide technical oversight and guidance to other maintenance personnel performing mechanical work. Specialized trade skills, along with one or more State of Maine mechanical trade licenses, are required.
