Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and BAS maintenance, and repair tasks; assist with building automation and controls.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
• Plan, supervise and assist daily maintenance for mechanical, automotive fleet, and electrical systems.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on licensed systems and safety practices.
• Coordinate projects with outside contractors and vendors.
