Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Principal Engineer to lead Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence initiatives across global manufacturing sites, improving asset reliability and lifecycle performance.

You will collaborate with site teams, translate standards into practical execution, and report to the Director of Engineering from locations including Mobile, AL, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering, maintenance, reliability, or mechanical integrity experience.
• Experience with fixed equipment and piping mechanical integrity and inspection programs.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, NBIC, and related inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence programs across critical assets.
• Develop and deploy standards, workflows, and governance for inspection and maintenance.
• Support risk-based inspection, fitness-for-service and inspection interval decisions.
