Job summary
Honeywell Technologies seeks a Maintenance Principal Engineer to lead Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence, guiding inspection programs, risk-based decisions, and lifecycle performance across global sites. You will partner with site engineering, maintenance, operations, process safety, and business teams to translate standards into practical execution.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role is hybrid with multi-site collaboration in the US.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in engineering, maintenance, reliability, inspection, or mechanical integrity.
- Experience with fixed equipment, piping, and maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence programs.
- Develop and govern inspection, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle management standards.
- Lead risk-based inspection, corrosion reviews, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
- Support Process Safety Management and compliance activities.
- Coach and mentor engineers and maintenance professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
