Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant estimating experience.
• BS or MS in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Preferred skills include estimating principles, cost engineering, planning and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimates on proposals, projects and studies and ensures content is complete and accurate.
• Plan, coordinate, review, verify and analyze all aspects of estimates and estimate presentation.
• Direct, train and develop subordinates within the estimating team.
• Maintain and improve the estimating database and support project controls.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and assist in planning work packages.
