Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and ten years of construction management experience required.
• Four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering, and seven plus years estimating and/or managing projects.
• Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical subcontractors.
• Review and understand RFPs/bid documents for projects.
• Manage schedule and priorities to meet bid deadlines.
• Develop budgetary estimates for projects.
• Coordinate bid solicitations for electrical systems.
